What is the size of our trucks ?
10ft or 14ft trucks.
I need to engage house moving or office relocation, can I get a customise quote ?

Yes. We will recommend you to list down and take some pictures of all the moving items send it to our WhatsApp @ 8776 1702

If needed, we will arrange free site inspection at your premise to ensure that all requirements are understand accurately for a smooth moving experience. 

I am buyer. Do I need go to pick up location ?

It is decided by you. Kindly take note that if you bought the items online, and you are not at the pick up location, we will not be liable if there is any damages found on the item upon delivery.

Do you have provide any moving boxes for packing?

Yes, we do have. However, there will be an additional charge at $5 per box with minimum order 30 pieces.
Box sizes: 45cm x 45cm x 51cm

Please order 2-3 days in advance, you will be received our boxes within 1-2 days after we received confirmation.

Do you provide boxes rental ?

Yes, we do have. There will be additional rental fee at $2.50 per box with minimum order 30 pieces.

The boxes need to be returnable after 7 days. Penalty will be applied if more than 7 days.

Please notify 2-3 days in advance, you will be received our boxes within 1-2 days after we received confirmation.

Do you do moving on weekends and Public Holidays?

Yes. We operate on weekends and Public Holidays too. However, there will be an additional charge 30% of total delivery cost.

How far in advance should I schedule my order?

We will recommend you book with us 3-4 days in advance of moving date.

Do you provide packing service before moving date ?

Yes. We do have to provide packing service. You will pay a premium for this services.
Please notify us 3-4 days in advance to arrange packers for you.

Do you provide any packing materials ?

Yes, we will provide 1-2 packing tapes for you. It is depends on your boxes order.

Bubble Wrap $60 per roll.
Do you provide lift paddings when moving in condominium ?

No. We do not provide any lift padding for any condo. It has to be provided by condominium management. There will be an additional charge $30 for installation & removal per location. 

How much should I pay for staircase carry if there is required on the moving day ?

There will be an additional charge $15 per level per item. 

We only provide staircase carry but maximum is 3 levels up or down. 

How much for long push/ long carry ?

If our movers have to carry your items and boxes a long way from your house to the truck, you can expect a long push fee. Normally less than 100m is covered.  There will be an additional charge $60 for above 5 items and $150 for full load lorry if more than 100m. 

What is an optional for extra manpower services, does your company provide any loaders for loading and unloading?

Yes. We will provide 2 loaders for loading and unloading. The manpower services for other especially heavy items such as Solid Wood/ Marble Tables, Hospital Beds, House Moving Services.

Do you provide any wrapping services to protect my furniture during moving?

Yes. We do have to provide shrink wrapping services.

Meanwhile, if you need extra protection wrapping services it will be an additional cost at $5 per item.

I only need movers to help with carrying or shifting some items within the same house/office, no need lorry. Do you provide it ?

Yes. We do provide our manpower services.

Do you have provide multiple pick ups or drop offs ?

Yes. You can add the "Additional Locations" in checkout page. The extra cost $30 per locations will update automatically in total amount. Please fill out full address and contact number as well.

Will you help me to handle the approved permit?

We do not handle any applications for approval permits. You should be mindful the timing restrictions and handle all the permit applications to move in/out. We also do not provide any cheque deposit on the customer’s behalf. 

How do I make payment?

You can proceed the payment through our HitPay payment gateway or Wallet Payment. Top up wallet will get extra 5% rebate.

What are the accepted payment methods?

We accept online payment: VISA, Mastercard, PayNow, Wallet Payment.

I have completed my booking. How to check the booking is confirmed ?

Thank you for your booking! Once you have completed the booking from our website, you will be received an email confirmation containing the booking details and order ID. 

Will I get a receipt or invoice once the booking is made ?

Yes, our system will automatically send you the receipt or invoice to your email on the same day once your booking is confirmed.

I need to cancel my booking, can I get the refund ?

For cancellation, please inform us 24 hours in advance of the delivery date and pick up time slot. You will get the refunded amount into the Payment Wallet account.

The 50% of total delivery fee will be forfeited if more than 24 hours. 

What is the wallet account?

You will need to sign up as our member. Every member will get their own Payment Wallet. Every top up will get 5% bonus with minimum amount $200. For example, you will receive 210 credits, once you topped up $200.

The bonus will be automatically credited into the wallet account within 24 hours.
How to use my wallet ?

You may simply change your payment method to "Wallet Payment" and place an order.

How to top up my wallet ?

You may go to the "My Wallet" section on your account and click on "Wallet Top Up". Once you've selected the top up plan, you will be redirected to add your payment method to pay for the top up request.

How to withdraw my money from wallet ?

We are sorry to inform you that Wallet Credit is non-refundable.

I want to cancel the booking because movers discover the item is damaged, can I get a refund ?

Unfortunately, the 50% of total delivery fee will be forfeited as our mover is arrived because we will need to cover administrative and operational fees.

Do the movers will send the item directly once it is picked up ?

Depends, because we have other orders along the ways before sending to your location. 

Is any insurance/claims provided and covered ?

We do not provide any insurance for now.

What if my items get damages and scratches ?

Please send us an email at feedbacksat@gmail.com within 24 hours of your item is delivered. 

Kindly provide us the booking details, proof of pictures and describe how you discover it. Our support team will reply you within 1-3 working days.
